Biography
Tobi has been involved in the creative process in one form or another for most of her life. Although working in a variety of media, jewelry design is her love. Dichroic glass is her specialty, along with semi-precious gemstones and handmade beads. They make up many of her necklaces, earrings, pins, and bracelets. She finds inspiration for her work in nature.
Tobi studied at the Chicago Art Institute, Northwestern University, and the Illinois Institute of Technology. She has been showing her work at local galleries, studios and invitational shows in the Cleveland area for over 30 years.
