Biography
I have always been drawn toward creative endeavors and began painting in pastel eight years ago when I traveled abroad to participate in a workshop with Susan Porges and a group of like-minded artists. Prior, I was painting in oils. I’ve painted various subject matter and always come back to impressionistic landscapes because beauty surrounds us, they represent constant change, and composition possibilities are endless. Whether painting outdoors or in my home studio from personal reference photos, I become absorbed in the creative process. I continue to participate in classes and workshops offered by Susan and other award-winning pastel artists.
