Biography
Jane Montgomery is a photographer who lives in Beachwood, Ohio. Much of her life was spent in the south, most recently in the Florida Panhandle. Prior to moving to Florida, Jane lived in Huntsville, Alabama, where she worked as software professional. Her interest in photography began there after she completed a photography program at the University of Alabama Huntsville. She holds a Certificate of Photography from that institution. Her computer career created an interest in post processing; this was the impetus for completing a course in Photoshop for Photographers at the Santa Fe Workshop in Santa Fe, Arizona.
Jane does black and white infrared photography and has had infrared images recently selected into two local juried exhibits, the New Now 2020-2021 exhibit and the 11th May Show at Lakeland. Her subject choices are nature, architecture and abstract images.
