Biography
I am a self taught artist , dabbling and exploring in different mediums. Of late I am exploring the rich Indian folk art styles. .
Lippan work is also from western part of India. It is done on hard surface. The design is made with rolled clay and mirror tiles stuck on it. Its themes are geometrical and floral patterns.
Mandalas are intricate pattern of concentric circles with geometric design. Traditionally, Mandalas are used in meditation and are known to radiate positive vibes and calmness.
Madhubani is from eastern part of India. It is highlighted by bright colors outlined in black with intricate , multiple borders. Themes are mainly from nature and Hindu mythological figures.
